Sean M. Bannon,

Mr. Bannon provides
investment consulting services to a number of corporate, healthcare,
municipal, Taft-Hartley, and charitable accounts. His duties
include working on investment policy development, asset allocation
modeling, and risk/return analyses for clients' diverse portfolios.
He is also involved in research projects, performance attribution
analyses and is actively involved in manager searches, including
due diligence on various firms by personal interview and research.
Mr. Bannon has more than 15 years of investment experience
and has worked in the investment consulting industry for more
than 9 years.

Christiaan
J. Brokaw, CFA, AIF®

Mr. Brokaw provides
professional investment advisory services to Yanni Partners'
corporate, healthcare, foundation, municipal, and Taft-Hartley
clients. His responsibilities include asset allocation
modeling, investment portfolio design and construction, client
objective setting and investment policy formation.

Frank N. Domeisen,
CFA, AIF®

Mr. Domeisen directs the firm's consulting
effort, which includes development, strategic direction, implementation
and delivery of services by its employees.
Mr. Domeisen provides
investment consulting services to a number of corporate, healthcare,
municipal, Taft-Hartley, and charitable clients. He is instrumental
in investment policy development, asset allocation modeling,
and risk/return analysis for our clients' diverse portfolios.
Mr. Domeisen's 25+ years of professional experience and diverse
business background provide clients with a level of knowledge
and expertise that is truly unique in the industry. Prior
to entering into investment consulting, Mr. Domeisen had responsibilities
that provided him with money management, asset/liability management,
and investment advisory experience. Mr. Domeisen also serves
as a guest speaker on investment related issues in various
trade and industry symposiums.

James
E. Gnecco, AIF®

Consultant
Mr. Gnecco provides
investment advisory services to a number of corporate, healthcare,
municipal, Taft-Hartley and charitable clients, along with
developing investment policies and providing asset allocation
modeling and risk/return analyses for Yanni Partners’ clients’
portfolios. Mr. Gnecco is rejoining the Yanni organization,
having started his investment career in 1980 with the Butcher
& Singer Consulting Group, a predecessor firm to Yanni
Partners, Inc. With 25+ years of investing experience, Mr.
Gnecco has served as Senior Investment Consultant, Vice President
- Regional Manager positions, along with obtaining several
NASD registrations including General Securities Representative-Series
7; Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination-Series 63.

Charles W. Gregor,
CFA, AIF®
Senior Consultant
Mr. Gregor is Yanni
Partners' Chief Compliance Officer as well as a Senior Consultant.
Mr. Gregor provides
investment consulting services to a number of corporate, healthcare,
municipal, Taft-Hartley, and charitable accounts and has been
employed with Yanni Partners and its predecessor since 1983.
Through his years as an investment consultant, Mr. Gregor
has developed an expertise in board-designated assets, such
as funded depreciation, endowments, and retirement accounts
and has focused primarily on serving our healthcare clients.
He has also had articles published in "Pension World"
and "Healthcare Financial Management."

David Hammerstein,
CFA, AIF®
Chief Strategist
As Chief Strategist,
Mr. Hammerstein directs our Firm's financial modeling and
research. These efforts encompass capital markets research,
asset/liability modeling, risk management, and alternative
investments. The capital market research supports the Firm's
development of risk and return assumptions for client's asset
allocation decisions. The focus of our asset allocation work
is to develop an optimal strategy given the nature of the
claims against the investment pool. For pension plans, we
have developed an integrated asset/liability management framework
that directly links the investment strategy with benefit payments
and pension fund contributions. Yanni Partners has also developed
models for endowments and funded depreciation pools. The Firm's
endowment model integrates investment management and spending
policies. The risk management function helps the Firm's clients
to measure and control risk more effectively. Mr. Hammerstein
has authored several of the Firm's recent publications, covering
topics such as capital market assumptions, endowment management,
risk management, private equity, and investment manager mergers.

Joseph
P. Karpinski, CPA, CFA, AIF®
Senior
Consultant
Mr. Karpinski is Yanni Partners' Senior Director of Business Development, as well as a Senior Consultant. He provides
institutional investment consulting services to the firm's
clients - focusing on higher education, healthcare and non-profit
organizations.
Prior to joining
Yanni Partners, Mr. Karpinski served as a national director
for Wells Capital Management and as a managing director in
consultant relations for Evergreen Investments. He also
served as a national director and principal for Ernst &
Young's investment consulting practice. Mr. Karpinski
had previously worked with Yanni Partners as Director of Marketing
and Client Services through the mid-1990's.
Mr. Karpinski has
been published in Healthcare Financial Management
and the CPA Journal. He is a recipient of the
Joseph E. Sterrett Fellow Award for Service from the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Brian
A. Maxwell, CFA, AIF®
Area Vice President

Mr. Maxwell provides
investment consulting services to a wide variety of clients,
including healthcare organizations, corporations, municipalities
and charitable foundations. His responsibilities include investment
policy development, asset allocation modeling and risk/return
analysis, and research projects and performance attribution
analysis. Mr. Maxwell has worked in financial services for
nearly 20 years and has spent 12 of those years as an investment
consultant. His experience and understanding of the kinds
of issues that institutional clients may face provides our
clients with a valuable and insightful perspective.

Karen D. Watson,
CFA, AIF®
Senior Consultant
Ms. Watson provides
professional investment advisory services to a number of corporate,
healthcare, municipal, Taft-Hartley, and charitable clients,
and develops investment policies and provides asset allocation
modeling and risk/return analyses for Yanni Partners’ clients.
Ms. Watson came to Yanni Partners from The Boeing Company
in Chicago, IL. While at Boeing, she managed a $20 billion
equity portfolio in the Defined Benefit Plan. Prior to Boeing,
she was employed as an Investment Manager at Baxter International,
Inc. Ms. Watson has nearly 20 years of professional, investment
consulting experience; she received her Chartered Financial
Analyst designation in 2000.
